More About Me
I'm Nayan and I make stuff... well I already said that on homepage, we gonna go slightly more in detail about things i do and why i do them. So let's start my mini self essay with hobbies and interests.
1. Art
Drawing stuff was probably my first hobby ever. I started drawing when i was very small. I like to draw cartoons or comic book characters mostly. I also had interest in making things out of waste items like paper or cardboard and more stuff like that. I would make my own paper-cardboard toys. I don't do those cardboard things anymore cuz lack of time and resources but i still draw sometimes.
2. YouTube
When i first got access to internet obviously first thing i did was downloading and playing lots of games, then right after that it was the youtube craze. I started making vids around 2016 but my actual main acc started in 2017 where i posted continuously. I gave up sometimes but always picked up after breaks. My biggest milestones for me were having 100k+ views on my channel without the help of YT shorts. and max sub were just 400 or something. I posted here about everything I knew and learnt in my life, so it was very important to me. Sadly in 2025 it got deleted when it was lowkey hacked so it all went away. I remade new channel few months later but it never got same success as before but it's not like I'll quit now. Having a yt channel led me into learning lots of new things so it's not like all of it was waste, i learn photo and video editing and some SEO stuff.
3. Games
Like i mentioned above, I love playing games. even since i was a small baby, I started with dad's phone and computer and sum consoles, then as time progressed I used my own phone and then computer and emulators and what to not to play every game I wanted. I even got into E-Sports to play games professionally once but that didn't work out. I still play lots of games, lowkey that was the main thing about my yt channel.
4. Movies
Just like games, I had huge interest in movies since childhood for many reasons. I think it pumped up more after pandemic and then even more when i started using letterboxd to review things I watch. I also wanted to become a movie director once so that's also why I liked watching movies to learn a bit.
5. Reading Books
Not tryna brag but i was lowkey smart in school so i loved reading books, mostly literature books with stories. And after getting internet i obviously went into reading comics online. That's when i started reading books as a hobby. I read other things too,.not just comic books. I loved making my own stories too so i lowky wanna write some books as well.
6. Game Development
While playing games, I always wondered how games were made so game development caught my interest so i would sometimes plan game ideas on paper. When i got my first laptop so i went straight for game development and learnt lil bit from youtube and made a silly game but my laptop was potato so i couldn't do much stuff and didn't got enough support so i dumped this while thing. After few years i started making html games w help of AI that's when I made my first succeed game published on Google Play recently. I have lots of ideas so I'll probably look into this more seriously in near future.
7. Animation
Same inspiration as movies and game development and reading books. I wanted to learn animation but again my potato laptop help me back and then i just didn't have enough motivation to do it so this hobby is just in back of my mind, suppressed. Maybe I'll learn it in future
8. Travel
All my life i never got to travel much. I only got out of my country once, 4-5 times out of my state, a few times out of my city. I even went out of my house very less than a normal person. But i had big interest in seeing places. It was during last days of my last job when i was feeling lost so i started going anywhere without plans that lead into me visiting tourist spots in my city for 2-3 months. Once i get lots of money I'll def travel a lot.
9. Photography
I always take photographs with phone so it's not that big of a hobby but i did join a photography college once but dropped it after few months.
10. Digital Marketing
It's not a hobby, more like a skill. I learn some of it by myself w my own yt channel then later on did a fulltime job in this field for an year or sum. so that adds up to my experience w these e commerc, digital marketing and media editing stuff.
11. Music
I love listening to music and mostly to soundtrack genre so that obviously made me want to make my own music. I started learning with Walkband app on phone and synthesia on pc with help of yt tutorials like a lost amateur. I did few my own music for the vids i made on my old channel.
12. Social Media
I had an interest in posting stuff online other than just yt so i had a hobby page on gram, 2 to be more specific. 1 was for my main hobbies like YT, movies, games, books. I made posts on it of ranking lists or my reviews. And other page was for like shit-posting where i made own memes and posted there. sometimes i reposted my favourite memes there too. It was like a micro internet celebrity thing for me but those accounts got suspended recently so i lost it all too.
